1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Dream Flowers website or by telephone at 06 76 94 60 29 , by non-professional customers.

All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which can be consulted at any time on the website.



2. Products

Dream Flowers offers, among other things:

  • Bouquets and floral arrangements

  • Gift sets

  • Roses under glass domes

  • Flowers Box

  • Plush toys and accessories

  • Customization options

Products are offered subject to availability.


3. Orders

The customer selects their products, chooses any options, confirms their order and proceeds to payment.

The sale is considered final after:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Order confirmation sent by email.

In case of error in the information provided (address, telephone, email, etc.), Dream Flowers cannot be held responsible for the consequences related to an impossible or delayed delivery.


4. Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

In the event of unavailability after order confirmation, Dream Flowers will contact the customer and offer:

  • an equivalent product,

  • or a credit note valid on the website .


5. Price

The prices shown are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.

Dream Flowers reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

The price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is validated.


6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payment is made online via the methods available on the site (secure payment).

No order will be prepared or delivered without full payment.


7. Delivery

Dream Flowers delivers to the areas offered when placing the order.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Same day delivery (depending on area)

  • Delivery within 24/48 hours (depending on destination)

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process.

In case of delay or difficulty with delivery, the customer is invited to contact Dream Flowers as soon as possible on 06 76 94 60 29 .


8. In-store pickup (if available)

When the option is offered on the website, the customer can choose in-store pickup.

The details (address, hours, preparation time) are provided when the order is placed.


9. Customized Products – Final Order

Some products offered by Dream Flowers include personalization (letters, text, initials, packaging, additional options, etc.).

In accordance with applicable regulations, personalized products cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned.

Any order including personalization is considered final after validation.


10. Return/Refund Policy

Dream Flowers does not offer refunds.

In the event of a proven problem (damaged or non-compliant product), Dream Flowers may offer:

  • a credit note valid on the website ,

    Or

  • a new shipment , as appropriate.


11. Complaints – Time Limit

Any claim must be made as soon as possible after receipt.

To allow for prompt processing, the client will need to provide:

  • a description of the problem,

  • and if necessary, photos.

Dream Flowers reserves the right to refuse any abusive, unjustified or late claim.


12. Guaranteed freshness and faithful reproduction

Dream Flowers guarantees the freshness of the flowers upon delivery.

The result is true to the photos on the site: the received creation corresponds to the one presented online, without any unpleasant surprises.


13. Specifics related to transport

Some decorative parts may move during transport (especially the letters placed in the bouquets).

If this happens, the customer can contact Dream Flowers by phone: the team will help them put the item back in place.


14. Responsibility

Dream Flowers cannot be held responsible in the event of:

  • due to force majeure,

  • strike

  • logistical disruption

  • or an external event preventing delivery.

Dream Flowers cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the customer (incorrect address, missing information, unreachable number, etc.).


15. Personal data

Personal data is collected solely for order processing and customer relations.

The processing is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.


16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dream Flowers website (photos, texts, logo, design) is protected.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written permission.


17. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.


18. Disputes

In case of difficulty, the customer is encouraged to contact Dream Flowers first in order to find an amicable solution.

Failing that, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent courts.


19. Orders at €0

Any order showing a total amount of €0 (zero euros) is considered invalid and cannot be processed.

This can result from a technical malfunction, a display error, an incorrect option configuration, a promotional code, or a problem selecting variants.

In this case :

  • The order may be automatically cancelled by Dream Flowers.

  • No delivery will be made.

  • If any fees have been charged (e.g., delivery), they will be refunded .
